3.2. Google Calendar Working Hours and Locations
- On your computer, open Google Calendar.
- At the top right, click Settings Settings.
- On the left, under "General," click Working hours & location.
- Check the box that says Enable working hours.
- Select the days you work and enter the working hours for each day.
- Next to each day, enter an existing working location or create a new one.
Tip: You can split the hours you work based on when you're available.
- To add more than one time period to your workday, next to a day of the week, click Add .
- To remove a time period, click Remove .
To view another person's working hours / location, use the "Meet with" feature:
- Open Google Calendar.
- In the left panel, find the "Meet with" section.
- Type the person's name or email address.
- If their working location and hours are available, you'll see them.
